2. Products and Pricing

We strive to display the colors and textures of our charcoal, white, and gold gear as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be 100% accurate.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers/expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Peak Flow Gear is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs clearance. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

At Peak Flow Gear, we stand by our quality.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be in original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all gold-standard tags attached.
High-waisted leggings and intimate apparel must have the hygiene liner intact to be eligible for return.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is inspected.

6. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

7. Limitation of Liability

Peak Flow Gear shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products. Our gear is designed for athletic use; please ensure you are using all gear (lifting belts, wraps, etc.) according to safety guidelines.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States.
